Responsibilities:

Clean and maintain guest villas, including bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas

Make beds, change linens, and replenish towels

Stock minibars and refrigerators with guest supplies

Respond to guest requests and inquiries

Complete daily reports and logs

Qualifications:

High school graduate or equivalent

English literate to meet professional requirements

1-2 years of experience in housekeeping or a related field

Excellent customer service skills

Knowledge about daily housekeeping operations on guest floors

Good Knowledge about room cleaning and chemical usage.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong organizational and time management skills

Ability to speak English fluently
