As a Waiter, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our esteemed guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and exceeds their expectations. Your key responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome guests, take orders, and serve food and beverages with professionalism and efficiency.
Provide detailed menu information, suggest and recommend dishes, and accommodate special dietary requirements.
Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including setting up tables and arranging seating.
Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints, ensuring their satisfaction and resolving any issues promptly.
Collaborate with the kitchen and other staff members to ensure smooth service flow.

Requirements:

Must Have Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality Management
Previous experience as a Waiter in a high-end restaurant or luxury hotel is preferred.
Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Strong communication skills.
Fluency in English.
Ability to work well under pressure.
Ability to work long hours.
