Position: Training Manager
Job Responsibility of Training Manager
- Responsible for managing the learning and development process of all departments.
- Implement the Training Plan of the resort and ongoing development of the staff.
- Design training programs
Eligibility Criteria
Experience:
- minimum 3 years’ experience as training manager.
- Resort and hotel experience certified / experience in training.
- Should have good presentation skills.
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
- Excellent english communication skills, both verbal and written
