Job Title: Hotel Management Internship
Location: Maldives
Duration: 6 months
Job Description:
Riu Hotels & Resorts is looking for interns to join Riu team in the Maldives. Interns will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in the hospitality industry and learn about the operations of a luxury resort.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with front-office operations, such as check-in and check-out, guest relations, and reservations
- Help with housekeeping and laundry
- Work in the restaurants and bars
- Participate in marketing and public relations activities
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Candidate should be more the 18 Years Above
- Must be enrolled in or have graduated from a university or college
- Must be fluent in English
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Benefits:
- Internship duration will be specifically for 6 months.
- Interns will be provided with a monthly stipend of $250 in cash/bank transfer to fulfil their needs at the resort.
- Interns will be entitled for shared accommodation within the resort, 3 meals from staff cafeteria & 2 sets of uniform.
- Interns will be provided with a monthly stipend of $250 in cash/bank transfer to fulfil their needs at the resort.
- Interns will arrange their own international tickets for joining and separation.
- Interns will be provided with a complimentary domestic air ticket within Maldives upon joining and separation.
- All staff areas have free Wi-Fi
- Upon completion of the internship duration, the trainees will be given a certificate of internship completion from Riu Hotels & Resorts, Maldives.
- Other benefits include, Central Park and Pool Access, Multi-Purpose Court for Games, Staff Beach, Salon, Gym, Indoor Recreation Hall, Mosque, Staff Shop, Staff Bar & Cafe’.

Process:
- Riu Maldives will require interns based on its occupancy and availability of openings.
- Upon receiving Work Visa / Entry Pass to Maldives, you will be informed to organise joining tickets and send it to us to arrange the domestic ticket logistics from Velana International Airport to RIU.
