Position: Night Auditor
Job Responsibility of Night Auditor
- Checking in guests and handling their overnight requests.
- Handling end-of-day bookkeeping, auditing, and account reconciliation.
- Complete all EOD tasks and ensure other departments have done the same.
- Respond to guest complaints, requests, and emergencies.
- Balance the cash drawer and log receipts.
- Investigate and resolve out-of-balance accounts.
- Keep accurate financial records and ledgers.
- Help prepare for forecasts and audits.
Eligibility Criteria for Night Auditor
- Experience: Minimum 2 years as a night auditor or accountant in a luxury 5-star property
- Previous experience in a resort environment would be an added advantage.
- Education: Diploma/Degree in accounting.
- Experience in the front office.
- Technical Skills: Good communication; good at Written and verbal English.
- Young and positive attitude.
