Kuredu Island Resort and spa looking a suitable candidate for the post of training manager position in Kuredu Resort.
Requirement for the Position Training Manager:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as Training Manager.
- A university degree in the relevant field.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Resort and Hotel experience.
- Certified / Experience in training.
- Should have good presentations skills.
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
- A positive can-do attitude with good teamwork.
Role of the Training Manager Position:
- Responsible for managing the learning and development process of all departments.
- Implement the Training Plan of the resort and ongoing development of the staff.
- Design training programs.
Salary and Benefit of Training Manager Position:
Salary: Negotiable

Duty: 8 Hours, 6 days in a week 1 weekly off.
Leave: 30 days paid leave yearly with air ticket
