Kitchen Steward Jobs Responsibility
- Reporting to the Stewarding Supervisor, responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Perform general/routine cleaning tasks using standard resort cleaning products assigned to adhere to health standards and report any technical or maintenance issues.
- Manage a clean and organized workstation.
- Wash all operating equipment and polish them if required
- Checks the glass racks and puts the glasses in the proper racks
- Mop floors before and after-meal period.
- Manage waste disposal and make sure the garbage area is clean and tidy at all times.
- Assist the chefs upon request
Kitchen Steward Jobs Eligibility Criteria
Experience: Minimum 3 years as kitchen Steward, work experience of at least in high-end luxury hotel/ resort
Education: Diploma in any field, minimum 10th Pass.
English to a high level of fluency
Technical Skills: Training in Fire and safety, HACCP, First Aid, knowledge of cleaning chemicals and cleaning procedures of various materials. Flexible and capable to work in a fast-paced work environment.
