We have an urgent opening for the position of Executive Chef specializing in Indian cuisine at a prestigious establishment in Al Hassa, Saudi Arabia. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and skilled chef with expertise in authentic Indian curries.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the Indian cuisine section, ensuring the highest quality of food preparation and presentation
- Create innovative and authentic Indian dishes, curries, and traditional recipes
- Develop and standardize recipes, ensuring consistency and quality across all food offerings
- Train and supervise the kitchen staff, ensuring efficient operations and adherence to food safety and hygiene standards
- Maintain inventory, control costs, and ensure proper food portioning and wastage control
- Stay updated with industry trends and introduce new concepts to enhance the Indian cuisine offerings
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef specializing in Indian cuisine
- In-depth knowledge of Indian culinary traditions, spices, and flavors
- Strong expertise in authentic Indian curries and traditional recipes
- Ability to lead and motivate a team, ensuring a positive work environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional culinary experiences
Salary and Benefits:
