Head Chef:
Responsibilities:
Oversee the entire kitchen operations, including food preparation, menu planning, and team management
Develop and create innovative American cuisine dishes, with a focus on beef burgers, sliders, and steaks
Ensure high-quality food presentation, taste, and consistency
Train and supervise kitchen staff, ensuring efficient operations and adherence to food safety standards
Manage inventory, control costs, and maintain kitchen hygiene
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Head Chef in American cuisine
Expertise in preparing beef burgers, sliders, and steaks
Strong leadership and team management skills
Creative culinary skills and ability to develop new menu items
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Salary: 13000 SAR per month
