A reputed luxury Resort Group in the Maldives Urgently hiring Island Hostess for their Most Luxury Resort. Need hostesses who can work with passion, are fluent in English, work under high pressure, work long hours, and be comfortable in break shifts.

Job Responsibility of Island Hostess
To liaise directly with guests to ensure their well-being, comfort, satisfaction, and that perfection of service is attained.
Liaise with all, departments on all guest welfare matters and ensure that a smooth, courteous and efficient service is provided to the standard laid down by the Management.
To have excellent communication with all stakeholders such as other departments, guests, superiors, etc.
Eligibility and Criteria of Island Hostess
Experience:
Experience in Front Office and Guest Services
A natural team player with a passion for hospitality, standard delivery, and a commitment to providing a personal and unique service to our guests.
Good team management skills
English to a high level of fluency
At least 4 years of related experience in a 5-star luxury property or multi-property
Technical Skills:
Good Customer Service Skills
Education:
Academic qualifications in Hospitality Management
Technical Skills: Good Customer Service Skills.
