HR Executive (with Maldives Experience)
Job Responsibility for HR Executive
- Entirely responsible for the payroll, time office management, documentation, filing and well versed in employee law compliance of Maldives.
- Demonstrated knowledge on processing of Expat visa and processing work permit and recruitment of locals.
- Processing the employee’s requests on all payroll related and transfer related queries and coordinating with departments including daily transportation both boat and seaplane.
- To be active and spearheading in all HR engagement in the resort.
HR Jobs in Maldives Eligibility & Criteria
Experience: A total of 3 years in HR management out of which at least 2 years in hospitality sector (preferably from resorts).
Education: Graduate/ Diploma in Human Resources management from reputed institutions with min 65% aggregate marks.
Technical Skills: Good knowledge of MS office i.e., Excel (intermediary), PPT etc., planning and organization skills. Knowledge of HR Fusion is an added advantage. Excellent writing and comprehending skills.
