Responsibilities:
Oversee the bakery operations, including bread and pastry production
Create and develop a variety of baked goods, including bread, rolls, pastries, and desserts
Ensure high-quality and consistent product output
Train and supervise bakery staff
Manage inventory and maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the bakery area
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head Baker in a professional bakery setting
- Expertise in a variety of baked goods, including bread and pastries
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients
- Excellent organizational and team management skills
