Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Restaurant Area Manager for our operations in Oman. As a Restaurant Area Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of multiple restaurants within a designated area. Your main focus will be ensuring the smooth functioning of each restaurant, maintaining high standards of customer service, and achieving business targets.
Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the operations of multiple restaurants within the assigned area.
Monitor and maintain quality standards of food, service, and cleanliness.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
Recruit, train, and develop restaurant staff.
Implement marketing and promotional activities to drive business growth.
Monitor financial performance and implement strategies to achieve revenue and profit targets.
Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the head office and provide regular reports on restaurant performance.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a managerial role within the restaurant industry.
Strong leadership and management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to drive business growth and achieve targets.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
Ability to handle and resolve customer complaints.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this position is 500 OMR to 600 OMR per month, inclusive of all benefits. Additionally, a free flight ticket will be provided.
