Job Description:

We are looking for a talented and experienced CDP to join our team at a 4-star hotel in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of hot and continental cuisine, as well as experience in catering. They will be responsible for preparing and cooking food for the hotel’s cafeteria, as well as assisting with other kitchen duties.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook hot and continental dishes

Assist with other kitchen duties

Maintain cleanliness and order in the kitchen

Follow all safety and health regulations

Qualifications:

Diploma or equivalent in Culinary Arts

2+ years of experience as a CDP

Strong understanding of hot and continental cuisine

Experience in catering

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Attention to detail

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
