Position: Human Resource Executive
Job Responsibilities of Human Resource Executive
- Entirely responsible for the payroll, time office management, documentation, filing, and well versed in employment law compliance of Maldives.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the processing of Expat visas and processing work permits and recruitment of locals.
- Processing the employee’s requests on all payroll-related and transfer-related queries and coordinating with departments including daily transportation both boat and seaplane.
- To be active and spearheading all HR engagement in the resort.
Eligibility Criteria for Human Resource Executive
- Need Candidate with Maldives Experience
- Experience: A total of 3 years in HR management out of which at least 2 years in the hospitality sector (preferably from resorts)
- Education: Graduate/ Diploma in Human Resources Management from reputed institutions with min 65% aggregate marks
- Technical Skills: Good knowledge of MS office i.e., Excel (intermediary), PPT, etc., planning and organization skills. Knowledge of HR
- Fusion is added advantage. Excellent writing and comprehension skills.
