Position: Public Area Attendant
Job Responsibility of Public Area Attendant
- To ensure public area attendants, the cleanliness and orderly presentation of assigned resort guestrooms and resort public areas.
- Maintains a positive overall impression of the resort by the resort’s procedures and standers.
- Need excellent communication with all stakeholders such as other departments, gust, housekeeping supervisors, housekeeping managers, other superiors, etc.
Eligibility And Criteria of Public Area Attendants
Education Level Need for Public Area Attendants
- Diploma in Hospitality & tourism management / Diploma in hotel management/ degree in hospitality management/ degree in travel & tourism management/ degree in hotel management.
Technical Skills Need for Public Area Attendants Below Mention
- A natural team player with a passion for hospitality.
- Stander delivery and commitment to providing a personal and unique to the guests.
- A high level of fluency in the English language must.
Experience Needs for Public Area Attendants
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as public area attendant/ floor attendant in a luxury 5-star resort/hotel.
