Assistant Restaurant Manager (ARM)
Salary offered: 3500 to 4000 Saudi Riyal.
Working hours: 9 hours including 1hour Break.Extra hours will count in over duty(OT)
Working days: 6 working days 1 weekly off.
Skills needed for Assistant Restaurant Manager: Customer PR Skill, Multi- Tasking Skills, organizational skills, guest complaint handling, stuff management skills, problem solving skills,basic computer and internet skills, and the ability to work well under high pressure. Assistant Restaurant Manager able to handle waiter, waitress, hostess, cooks, cashier and other workers.
Chef De Partie Continental (CDP)
Salary: 3500 Saudi Riyal Plus 300 Riyal Food Allowance
Working hours: 9 hours including 1hour Break.Extra hours will count in over duty(OT)
Working days: 6 working days 1 weekly off.
Skills needed for Continental Chef De Partie: prepare food for the scheduled menu. The kitchen must be managed in accordance with the instructions of the head chef. Collaborate with other cooks and kitchen stuff for smooth kitchen operation. Able to work with high pressure. Flexible for working long hours.Need good english and basic computer knowledge.
Continental Sous Chef
Salary: 6000 Riyal plus 300 Food Allowance
Working hours: 9 hours including 1hour Break.Extra hours will count in over duty(OT)
Working days: 6 working days 1 weekly off.
Skills needed for Sous Chef: Team Management, Menu Planning, Kitchen Equipment and all groceries inventory, Responsible for Food Preparation andonime delivery, making duty roster, monitoring all kitchen operation work. Presentable English, Develop menu time to time
Waiters
Salary:1600 Riyal plus 300 Riyal Food Allowance.
Working hours: 9 hours including 1hour Break.Extra hours will count in over duty(OT)
Working days: 6 working days 1 weekly off.
Skills Needed for Waiter: Fluent in english, well groomed, Flexible for work any environment and long hours, pos,
Accomodation, Transportation, Medical and Insurance will be provided by the company.
Note: Experience needed minimum 1 year for the same position. Gulf experience candidates are preferable.
