Position: Island Host/Hostess
Job Responsibility:
To liaise directly with guests to ensure their well-being, comfort, satisfaction and that perfection of service is attained.
Liaise with all, departments on all guest welfare matters and to ensure that a smooth, courteous and efficient service is provided to the standard laid down by the Management
To have excellent communication with all stakeholders such as other departments, guests, superiors, etc.
Eligibility and Criteria
Experience:
Experience in Front Office and Guest Services
A natural team player with a passion for hospitality, standard delivery and a commitment to providing a personal and unique service to guests.
Good team management skills
English to a high level of fluency
At least 4 years related experience in a 5-star luxury property or multi- property
Education Needed for Island Host/Hostess
Academic qualifications: Hospitality Management.
Technical Skills: Good Customer Service Skills.
