The learning and development manager is responsible for developing and implementing the organization’s learning and development strategy. This includes assessing the organization’s training needs, designing and delivering training programs, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs. The Learning & Development Manager also works with managers and employees to identify and develop their learning and development goals.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the organization’s learning and development strategy.
- Assess the organization’s training needs.
- Design and deliver training programs.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
- Work with managers and employees to identify and develop their learning and development goals
- Manage the learning and development budget.
- Represent the organization at industry events.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master Degree in related field required.
- Ability to read, listen and communicate effectively in English verbally and in writing Additionally other language are an advantage.
- Excellent leadership and motivational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office
Experience:
• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in hospitality and similar position
• Experience in working 4- or 5-star property, rooms more than 200.
