Job Description:
We are currently hiring Butlers for a prestigious 5-star hotel in Saudi Arabia. As a Butler, you will provide personalized and exceptional service to hotel guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. Your role will involve attending to guest requests, coordinating with different departments, and maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Butler in a 5-star or 4-star hotel.
Preferably with Gulf experience.
Excellent communication skills.
Open to Indian candidates.
Muslim candidates only.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly manner.
Provide personalized services to guests, such as unpacking, arranging transportation, and making reservations.
Assist guests with their needs and inquiries throughout their stay.
Coordinate with different departments to fulfil guest requests promptly and efficiently.
Ensure guest rooms and public areas are well-maintained and presentable.
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Adhere to hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards.
Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this position is 3500 SAR. Additionally, the hotel provides duty meals, accommodation, and other benefits.
