Job Title: Commi 1 or DCDP (Steaks Experience Preferred)

Job Description:

We have an urgent opening for the position of Commi 1 or Demi Chef de Partie (DCDP) with experience in steaks at a reputed restaurant in Muscat, Oman. Immediate fly opportunity is available for suitable candidates.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook steaks and other menu items according to established recipes and standards

Ensure food quality, presentation, and taste meet the restaurant’s high standards

Assist in the overall kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating

Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu items and specials

Maintain a clean and organized work area, following hygiene and safety regulations

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Commi 1 or DCDP, with expertise in cooking steaks

Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques, cuts of meat, and steak preparation

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple orders simultaneously

Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high food quality standards

Strong teamwork and communication skills

Salary and Benefits:

Competitive salary of 220 OMR per month

Additional food allowance of 20 OMR per month

Accommodation, transportation, and medical facilities provided by the company
