Job Responsibility Commis Chef Jobs In Maldives`
- Supports the chef de parties in directing and organizing the activities of the kitchen which includes.
- A variety of responsibilities such as establishing and maintaining the required culinary standards.
- Insuring the proper use and maintenance of kitchen equipment’s.
- Inspect all the coolers and freezers.
- Ensuring the storage procedures are being followed at all times.
- Ensure a full hand over between the am and pm shift.
- Enforce a strict health and hygiene standards
- Help to maintain a climate of smooth and friendly cooperation.
Eligibility Criteria for Commi Chef
- Proven experience in similar position.
- Excellent use of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment’s and process.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
- Knowledge of best cooking practices, dynamic and highly motivated.
- Ability to work in less or without supervision.
- Hotel school graduates or possess as a similar level or education.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and other languages will be added advantages.
